Try these first if the app is slow, stuck, or not loading.

  • Reinstall if neededDelete and reinstall, then restore purchases if you subscribe.

Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through Apple.

  • Manage or cancel iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PicMyFit AI
  • Charged but not unlocked Email support with your device model, iOS version, and what you tapped.
  • Refund requests Refunds are requested through Apple’s purchase support flow.
